Yes, absolutely. LAKX Fashion insures all purchases while they are in transit until they are delivered to you. To ensure safe delivery, all orders are delivered to the address provided and may require acknowledgment upon receipt. Once the order is delivered and accepted at the delivery address, responsibility for the items transfers to the recipient, and if the order is received by someone other than the purchaser at the specified delivery address, their acceptance will be considered valid delivery, with responsibility for the product transferring at that time.
LAKX Fashion provides services only within India. Any applicable taxes, such as GST or other government charges, are applied as per Indian regulations. These charges are set by the authorities and are not controlled by LAKX Fashion. Delivery is free of charge.
We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
- Personalized/custom items cannot be returned.
- Share your tracking number and delivery note when returning or exchanging.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, a photo, and a short unboxing video. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
- Verified claims will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
Refunds:
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items.
