Our jewellery is made from high-quality, skin-friendly materials sourced from trusted suppliers, and most customers wear it comfortably. However, if you have a known sensitivity to nickel or other metals, please use your discretion when wearing our pieces.



With proper care, your LAKX Fashion jewellery will maintain its shine. Avoid moisture, store pieces separately, and wipe them gently with a soft cloth to prevent tarnishing and scratches.

Shipping

Our online store now offers free shipping across India within 5–7 business days, no matter what you order.



We deliver across India! Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days, and while delivery may take a little longer to remote locations, your jewellery will reach you safely.



Shipping to remote areas may take a little longer. You can expect delivery within 10–14 business days from the date of your order.

We currently offer free standard shipping across India, which usually takes 5–7 business days. Fast delivery options aren’t available yet, but we’re working on adding them very soon.

As soon as we receive your order, we carefully process it for shipment. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your jewellery is on its way.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking ID and the online tracking URL will be shared via email or WhatsApp, so you can follow your package easily. You’ll also see updates in your My Account page for reference.

 

I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order.
It happens! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Just email us at support@lakxfashion.com and we’ll take care of it.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your package is with the courier, we are unable to cancel or call it back.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept all major prepaid payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets, so you can shop securely and conveniently.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.



 

Don’t worry, it happens! Check that your card isn’t expired and that all billing details are correct. If it still doesn’t go through, contact your card issuer, as they may have temporarily blocked the payment.

Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

Order questions

If you’d like to make changes to your order, please email us at support@lakxfashion.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist and update your order promptly, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
